App Purpose and Limitations:
ClearPath is intended for personal use, entertainment, and distraction purposes only. It is not designed to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any mental illness or medical condition. The App is a personal tool and should not be considered a replacement for consultation, diagnosis, or treatment from a qualified healthcare professional or mental health practitioner.
- Information Collection
We do not collect, store, or transmit any personal information, personal data, or personally identifiable information. All data generated within the app is stored locally on your device only. - Data Storage and Security
Your thoughts, meditation progress, preferences, and all other app data are stored securely on your device only using your device’s built-in security features. This data never leaves your device and is not transmitted to our servers or any third parties. - Audio Permissions
We request audio permissions only for playing meditation sounds, guided breathing prompts, and ambient background music. The app does not record audio or access your microphone. Audio permissions are used exclusively for playback of pre-recorded meditation content. - Premium Subscriptions
ClearPath offers optional premium subscriptions that unlock additional content and features:

Subscription Features:
- Unlimited access to all breathing exercises and meditations
- Premium content library with exclusive meditations and techniques
- New content added monthly
- Priority customer support
- Billing and Payment
Subscriptions are processed through your Apple ID account via the App Store. Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period. - Managing Your Subscription
You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your account settings on the App Store after purchase. Auto-renewal may be turned off by going to your Apple ID Account Settings after purchase. No cancellation of the current subscription is allowed during active subscription period. - Free Trial (if applicable)
Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription to that publication, where applicable. - Third-Party Services
Our app may use AWS services for AI-powered features. When using AI chat features, your messages are processed by Amazon Web Services (AWS) Bedrock. These interactions are not stored or logged by us, but AWS may process them according to their own privacy policy. We do not retain conversation history or personal information from these interactions. - Children’s Privacy
Our app is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided personal information, please contact us immediately. - Data Retention and Deletion
Since all data is stored locally on your device, you have complete control over your data. You can delete all app data by uninstalling the app or clearing the app’s data through your device settings. We do not retain any copies of your data. - Contact Information

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy within the app. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted within the app. - Your Rights
Since we do not collect personal data, there is no personal data for us to access, modify, or delete. All your data remains under your complete control on your device.
